1. General principles
Our business basic rule is quality service and fastest delivery to customer.
Our customer service is based on 5 principles:
- Acceptable prices for customers for all goods/items in our shop
- Fastest delivery to customer( order shipment to customer in 2-3 days )
- Flexible bonus system for regular customer
- We sell what we have in stock only
- Extreme attention to every customer and his interests , in spite of the order total cost of the order
Presence of some Nazi Germany signs and symbols on models IS NOT for propaganda purpose, JUST for HISTORICAL veracity.
1.1. WAR-Money bonus system
We have flexible bonus collecting system for our customers. Every customer/buyer has virtual „WAR-money”account in his profile. With this gathered„money” customer have opportunity to pay some part of order.
Allowed „War-money” max percent is determined by web-site administration, who can change this parameter , without further notice.
War-Money is payed for any activity on this web-site:
- One time minimum bonus for new customer registration on our web-site;
- For leaving comment about models and ratings in „Modellin Area” column
- Publishing own works of built models in „Gallery” section in „Modelling Area”;
- Publishing own articles in „Articles” section in „Modelling Area”
- Translating articles in „Articles” section in „Modelling Area”;
- After leaving final comment about our e-shop work after receiving order( option available if customer give status „Order completed” status in User profile in section „My Order(s);
- In case , when after dispatching order to Customer , left some residual amount, this money is transferred to Customer virtual account , it can be used next time when placing order on web -site
- For any help and activity to improve and make WAR.ee community web –site better. E-shop Administration keep rights to make any change and updates in community web-site functions without further notice.
2. General terms
User – any visitor on http://www.war.ee/shopping_area, successfully passed registration( user account is activated by e-shop administration), made order, but not payed for it.
Customer/User – any customer, from paying moment to the receiving complete order
Customer – appointed person who receives Order .
E-shop – web-shop http://www.war.ee/shopping_area.
Goods,items– presented „instock” material values, designated for sale to customers .
War-Money – virtual money for internal use to our web-community, by dint of customer can pay partially for items in e-shop .
From the moment when customer places an order ,info is presented in section „My order(s)”. Every change in order status is repeated in form of an e-mail message to customer . In case of unpredicted circumstances ( wrong payment, error on delivery or payment address, refuse goods,etc) e-shop delays sending order until further instructions and co-ordination from Customer( via telephone, e-mail). E-shop does not take any further actions until we get strict instructions from Customer.
E-mail account validity appointed in profile is fully Customer responsibility. All info about order status is presented in Customer profile.
Customer can change his e-mail address in e-shop sektor „My profile”.
E-shop takes orders 24/7 and processes, sends orders on workdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Estonian public holidays. E-mail orders are taken in and processed daily.
3. Goods, Items
Goods/Items compatibility in stock and on web-site is 100% , and is one of basic rules of our business. Web-shop catalogue included only those goods/items which can be sold and sent to Customer immediately in 2-3 workdays upon the payment for the order, i.e Items , which are really in stock.
Web–shop does not accept ”Preorder”. Customer can only order those items which are in stock at the moment.
Neverthless , there is an oportunity to make preorder by sending personal message to administration, but it does not mean that we take full responsibility to add Preordered goods to our shop Listand Customer Order. Allso we DO NOT take any prepayment from Customer for Preordered Items.
4. Delivery
The delivery of the Ordered items can be done in multiple ways, depending on the option Customer takes and the Delivery address. Order is usually dispatched in 2-3 working days upon receiving payment.
4.1. Payment and delivery info
Order delivery cost to Customer is quite variable in size and calculated differently for every Order . And that depends on couple of things:
- Total weight
- Delivery option( Estonian Post Office, Russian PostOffice, delivery services etc)
- Customer/User country and address
- Postal Office shipping rates
- Extra Options when Ordering (insurance, option „ Caution!”)
In anyway, delivery info is available to Customer when placing Order is in process and after Order conformation
Currently moment we have next Order Delivery options:
For Estonian residents:
- Maxi-Letter (under 2kg, including package weight);
- Standard Pack.
- ELS Courier service;
- Delivery service WAR.ee (Narva residents only).
For Customers outside Estonia (exept Russian Federation):
- International Maxi Letters Estonian Post Office (2000 g max);
- International standard and maxi parcels Estonian Post Office
- Estonian Post Air Mail service.
For Customers from Russian Federation:
- Russian PostOffice Standard parcel.
- International Maxi Letters (2000g max);
- Estonian Post Office international standard parcel.
- Estonian Post Office AirMail.
Web-shop Administration keep rights to add, change and erase existing Order delivery option without further acknowledgements with Customers.
5. Important info before ordering
5.1. Registration
Placing Orders and buy items are possible only registered User only. Registration is free , single-time and made voluntarly. Registration fields must be filled with correct userinfo – this makes affects the delivery speed. After User registration form is filled , cheked by Administration. User profile will be activated ( usually in 1 workday or faster) shortly after that.
5.2. Order Loss and procedures
Currently we do not have such a case , but that possibility is not to be excluded. It`s just because the world is not perfect world. In case the Order gets lost , we can not guarantee 100% money back , simply because we are not responsible for others` mistakes and actions which lead to it. Because of this we are offering to Customer option „Postage insurance” i.e if paying it- Customer has the option to 100% money back guarantee if delivery company is loses the Package.
In case if Order is lost, Customer have rights to inform about Loss in less than 1 month before and no later than 6 month after delivery due date. Order cost Reimbursement is to be made in 1 month after lose notification.
Customer can demand copy of bill , in electronic form, to confirm Order dispatching.
5.3. Order paying
Paying has to be done in 4 days (Order placing day included).
During this time Items which are purchased are reserved for Customer. Order pay time can be extended by Customer by sending PM to Administration, admin@war.ee. In message Customer has to be give Order number and Customer name .
Order ,what is not payed in 4 days is automaticully cancelled, Items from cancelled Order are available to Our web-shop List.
Customer who have 3 or more in a row unpaid orders , is erased from web-sait list and added to „black list”.
5.4. Order numbering
Any Customer completed Order given a specific id-number, which are show-up in Customer/User profile in menu „My Orders”.
5.5. Ordering
Ordering can be done simply by adding Items from list to Your basket/Chart. Then in left side corner option „Order!” fill info about delivery, paying and other options ( quantity, address, bonus check, delivery options, billing info). After confirming Order Customer take responsibility for paying for Order in 4 workdays from day of placing order.
Changes in quantity, items list, bonus points can be made in ordering process. Any change/error fix in confirmed Order can be made ,only thru PM to the Web-shop Administration on address -admin@war.ee. before Order shipping.
5.6. Order changes

6. Info about Order status
All necassary info about Order („In Process”, Paying made”, „Sended”) is visible in Customer/User profile menu „My Orders”. Any change in Order status is followed by one-term message from Web-shop Administration to Customer e-mail box.
7. Paying options
Customer billing info is subject to change, and because of that Customer must chek his billing info every time before confirming Order. It can be made in Customer/User menu My Orders”.
Currently we have following paying options:
- Wire transfer to account in SEB (Estonia);
- Wire transfer to account in SBERBANK (Russia);
- Using PayPal;
- Using WesternUnion;
- Using Contact;
- Cash on delivery (Narva residents only).
More info available in order process in step „Paying option”.
In future Web-shop leave self rights add new and delete old paying options without notice.
7.1. Message about made payment
If Customer/User made payment to SEB bank or PayPal it`s not necessary to inform us, it`s done automatically. In other options Customer must send to Web-shop admin@war.ee, message when Customer give next info:
- Order ID
- Paying option;
- Payment date;
- Total cost;
- In options WesternUnion and Contact, is necessary inform us transfer checkcode, without it web-shop can not receive funds.
In case of payment thru money order to SBERBANK(Russia) Customer must have to add scanned copy of bill to message about made payment.
8. Tracking, delivery info
If Customer, in process placing order, take option”Insurance”, Order is sended as guaranteed parcel. In Post Office,Order gets specific code, which gives opportunity to track Order location. Given code is sent to Customer e-mail box in simultaneous message.
If Customer does not receive his Order or Order notification from Post Office in 15 – 20 days from Order sending moment , Customer is recommended to ask from local Post Office about parcel , with informing Post Office staff Parcel tracking code.
9. Partial Liability
Web-shop does not guarantee optimal terms of delivery and cost, if provided Customer info is deliberately falce , partially complete, inaccurate.
Web-shop does not guarantee optimal Order shipping times and unchanged cost if Customer does not receive Order in given time(estimated time of delivery by Post Service: Estonian Post Office, Russian Post Service) and if Parcel is returned to Sender due to be unrequired.
Web-shop does not guarantee availability of all Items in Order , if payment , which received on our account, does not include clear info ( Buyers name, Order ID number) i.e can not be identified.
10. Full Liability
Web-shop is not responsible if Customer takes requisites for paying current order from other source then Web–Shop site.
Web-shop is not responsible if Customer use other options, paying for current Order , what is provided on web-shop site, in „Billing option”step
Web-shop not guarantee all shop Items availability and quantity in necessary amount, on the Order conformation moment.
Web-shop is not responsible for Customer/User e-mail account work, Internet availability and problems with it.
Web-shop is not responsible for Customer/User unvillingnes to read terms and condition section and other related useful info in our Web-Shop.
11. Disclaim
Web-Shop can refuse to serve Customer/User if Customer /User is made hidden or clear threats or disgrace actions toward Web-Shop or its staff address. In case If there are unfinished obligations to Customer, refusal take place immediatly after specific performance.
Web-Shop reserves rights to decline placing a new Order if:
- Customer/User had 3 or more unpaid orders in Order history;
- Customer/User made deception attempt towards Web-Shop (false payment message, false parts request due assembling errors).
